Figgro is a seed to sale platform built for the cannabis industry, designed to help operators streamline their workflows by connecting critical business systems into one centralized platform. Instead of jumping between METRC, ecommerce platforms, merchandising tools, and spreadsheets, Figgro allows teams to manage their data in one place.
The platform is built for cannabis professionals at every level – from retail staff to operators and executives – helping businesses make clearer, more informed decisions through connected data and improved visibility.
My Role
I worked with Figgro as a Videographer, Editor and Content Strategist, with a primary focus on education and platform adoption.
My responsibilities include:
Leading video production for Figgro University, the platform’s official tutorial and onboarding program.
Writing scripts and voiceovers for all educational content
Recording screens captures and walkthroughs of the platform
Editing and animating videos for clarity and accessibility
Producing longer form demo content alongside Figgro’s founder
Managing and creating social media content focused on platform value and use cases

Figgro University
Figgro University serves as the primary onboarding and education resource for new and existing users of the platform. I produced the entire series end-to-end, including:
Writing clear, step-by-step scripts for each tutorial
Recording voiceovers tailored to cannabis professionals
Capturing detailed screen recordings
Editing and animating footage to zoom, highlight, and guide viewers through specific actions
The goal was to reduce friction, shorten learning curves and empower users to confidently perform essential tasks needing to run their business.
Marketing & Demo Content

Social media videos highlighting what Figgro can do for businesses
Messaging around replacing spreadsheets and disconnected tools
Explainers around concepts like cost per gram and operational efficiency
