My Role

Marketing Coordinator & Creative Lead

My relationship with LuvBuds began long before I joined the company internally. Prior to working on the corporate side, I was a budtender actively selling LuvBuds’ products on the retail floor. Accessories were consistently my strongest upsell category, giving me firsthand experience with how these products are displayed, discussed and ultimately purchased by customers.

In 2023, I joined LuvBuds as part of the warehouse tam, where I supported daily operations by packing orders and assisting wherever needed. That same year, I transitioned into their customer service department, working directly with customers to resolve broken glass claims and troubleshoot logistical issues impacting their orders. This role strengthened my understanding of fulfillment workflows, customer expectations, and the importance of clear, accurate product information.

In 2024, I moved into the accounting department leveraging my familiarity with internal systems while expanding my operational and analytical skill set. As the company continued to grow and the need for a new dedicated creative and marketing presence emerged, I stepped into the role of Marketing Coordinator – a position that closely aligned with my academic background and professional experience in media production and design.

My current role supports both LuvBuds and Swag Supply, with a primary focus on Swag Supply’s creative and digital needs. I work closely with the Swag Supply team to create realistic, production-ready mockups that allow customers to visualize their branding across a wide range of customizable products before committing to an order.

These designs include but are not limited to

I ensure all designs are print-ready and aligned with production requirements so they can move seamlessly from concept to manufacturing. In addition, I assist with the creation of pitch decks used to present custom product offerings to larger clients and partners.

I am also responsible for managing and improving the Swag Supply website. While the visual structure is still evolving I am actively revitalizing product listings and optimizing SEO to make it easier for businesses to discover Swag Supply and find the custom products they are searching for.

LuvBuds Responsibilities

For LuvBuds my role is heavily focused on product-focused visual media and asset management. I handle product photography for new inventory as it arrives, ensuring consistent, high-quality imagery across platforms.

I also create photographic planograms for the Smoke Shop in a Box program, helping customers visualize how their selected products will be displayed. These planograms provide clarity around layout, product fit, and alternatives for when specific items sell through, allowing customers to confidently approve their customized bundles before launch.

In addition to photography I manage the organization and maintenance of LuvBuds’ media asset library, ensuring photos and creative assets are easily accessible to team members across departments. I also assist with mirroring product listings onto third-party platforms, helping maintain consistent, up-to-date product information no matter where customers choose to shop.

My role at LuvBuds and Swag Supply focuses on creating systems and assets that support growth at a scale. By maintaining visual consistency, improving internal workflows, and producing sales-forward media, I help ensure products are easy to sell, easy to understand, and easy to access – both internally and for customers.

  1. Sales Enablement

High quality product photography and realistic mockups give sales representatives the tools they need to confidently guide purchasing decisions, reducing uncertainty and accelerating approvals.

2. Brand Consistency at Scale

By maintaining a consistent visual language across product photography, mockups, and marketing assets, both brands present a cohesive and professional identity – even as inventories and offerings continue to expand.

3. Operational Efficiency

Organized media libraries and standardized asset workflows make it easier for internal teams to quickly access approved visuals, reducing repetitive requests and keeping projects moving efficiently.

4. Customer Experience Improvements

For LuvBuds’ Smoke Shop in a Box program, i create photographic planograms that help customers clearly understand how their selected products fit together within the display. These visuals provide confirmation before fulfillment, showing what products are included, how they are to be merchandised, and what alternates may be used as items sell through.

This process helps reduce uncertainty, ensures alignment before orders are finalized, and creates a smoother handoff between purchasing, fulfillment, and in-store setup.

5. Growth Support

During a period of rapid company growth, these systems and assets have helped support expanding product lines and increasing order volume while maintaining clarity, consistency, and brand trust.

Process & Approach

Because I began on the retail floor as a budtender, I approach product visuals and mockups through the lens of sell-through. I consider how products are displayed, how customers interact with them in-store, and what information sales teams need to confidently explain them. This perspective informs everything from lighting decisions in product photography to how branding is positioned on customizable accessories.

Production Ready Designs

For Swag Supply, mockups are more than visual previews – they are working production documents. I design with the print limitations, material constraints, and manufacturing processes in mind, ensuring that artwork moves seamlessly from approval to production without unnecessary revisions or delays.

All files are delivered print ready and aligned with internal production specifications.

Scalable Asset Systems

As product catalogs expand, organization becomes critical. I maintain structured media libraries and standardized naming conventions so assets are easily accessible across departments. This reduces repetitive requests, prevents version confusion, and allows teams to move quickly when launching new products or updating listings.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Because I have worked in warehouse, customer service, and accounting roles, I understand how creative decisions impact fulfillment, claims, and internal processes. I regularly collaborate with purchasing, operations and leadership to ensure that marketing assets align with inventory and customer expectations.

Continuous Optimization

On the digital sideI approach websites and product listings as living systems. For Swag Supply, I am actively refining SEO structure and product categorization to improve discoverability a streamline the path from search to order inquiry.

What This Means for You

This work reflects how I approach every project – with an understanding that creative assets don’t exist in isolation.

Whether I’m producing product photography, designing custom mockups, or building digital systems, my focus is on creating visuals that support real business needs.
